Why spend time and energy managing stress when you can get rid of it?
Discover some simple things you can do that will help you unwind and really release the tension in your body and make a huge difference to your stress levels.
Apply the 20 easy and simple steps in your life so you can feel better and more in charge of your life.
You can get rid of fear, anxiety, anger, guilt, frustration and all the parts of stress you don't need which are getting in the way of you performing at your best! You will also see a demonstration of EMDR. This will help you regain clarity, energy and sleep better too.

TBC 2017 7.30pm – Feet, balance and walking
Our feet enable us to do so many things yet we often take them for granted. They are the basis of good balance and when used correctly for walking are powerful tools for self healing. (It is easy to tell if you are walking well, by looking at the soles of you shoes and see if they wear evenly) Having happy feet can make you feel happy too!Watch these videos of the difference before and after treatment –

This workshop is for you if:
-You can get yourself stressed easily, by thinking about things you find stressful (like a bad day at work), yet find relaxing difficult.
-You would you like to ease back tension, whether , in bed, standing in a queue or having a conversation at a party.
-You find it difficult getting to sleep because you are either uncomfortable or your mind is racing.
-You often find you neck and shoulders are tight and /or get headaches
If you answered Yes to any of these question then come and find easy ways to relax properly especially if your idea of relaxing is to watch TV.
Knowing how to relax could change your life! You could free yourself from pain, regain energy, feel freer.
Knowing how to reduce pain levels, how to get better quality sleep, how to go about daily life chores with less effort means you will have more energy. Remember this could change you life.
